Julian Rosenstein
director I Accredited Practising Dietitian I Performance Nutritionist
Julian is a driven clinical and sports nutrition practitioner. He takes pride in the meaningful connection he forms with his clients and the outcomes that they are able to achieve together. He utilises the latest evidence-based nutrition research and tailors it to each client and their goals, allowing for effective and sustainable change.
Julian’s special interests are sports and performance nutrition, heart health, diabetes, weight loss, gastrointestinal health and working with individuals with disabilities.
He is also fluent in Spanish and is currently available for consultations in-clinic or via Telehealth.

CAITLIN KEMP
Accredited Practising Dietitian I Accredited Nutritionist
Caitlin is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics with Honours at Monash University. Caitlin has extensive experience in the hospital, aged care and community setting, working with a range of clients to optimise their nutrition and health status. She currently works as a Clinical Dietitian in a regional and metropolitan health service. Caitlin has previously worked as a researcher at Monash University in the Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food and the Monash Centre for Scholarship in Health Education .
Caitlin has well-rounded knowledge in many areas of nutrition, and has a special interest in gastrointestinal health, weight loss and heart health. Caitlin has completed post-graduate training at Monash University in the specialty area of low FODMAP diets for irritable bowel syndrome.
She is passionate about supporting clients to develop healthy food habits that are practical, sustainable and tailored to their individual health and nutrition goals.
Caitlin is available on Thursday evenings, Friday evenings and Saturday mornings for consultations via Telehealth.

Our Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) are university-qualified professionals that have undertaken four to five years training from an accredited dietetics course. They complete continuous professional education to ensure they stay up to date with nutrition research. APDs offer credible and trustworthy information and are experts in the area of nutrition and food science.
