Gut Health Isn’t Just About Yoghurt

Yoghurt is great, but there’s a lot more to gut health than just probiotics. Fibre quantities and types, pre-biotics and many other factors can play a big role.

Even adding one extra veggie a day can be a good first step.

Life Experience and Continuous Learning

The world of health is always changing, so our team is constantly upskilling - doing ongoing training in areas like:

  • Trauma-informed care

  • Feeding and eating disorders

  • Tube feeding (enteral nutrition)

  • Disability support and neuro-affirming practices

  • Culturally safe care for diverse communities

Our team also gets together every month to chat through complex cases (no names, just the tricky stuff) and learn from each other. That means you're getting care that’s not just qualified - it’s connected, thoughtful, and always evolving.

Feeling Bloated Doesn’t Mean You’re Doing It Wrong

If someone’s been eating more fibre than usual, some amount of bloating is completely normal at first and everyone will experience bloating from time to time.

It's when bloating becomes more troublesome and interferes with daily life that a dietitian can help troubleshoot with diet solutions.

Hunger is just your body’s way of asking for what it needs—it’s not a failure.
