Support for Weight Concerns That Respects You

Helping You Build Healthy Habits Without the Pressure

If you've been told to "just lose weight" without being offered real support or advice, you're not alone. Our clinical dietitians offer weight concern support that’s focused on your health, your lifestyle, and your relationship with food—not just the number on the scale.

We work with people across Melbourne who want a more thoughtful, person-first approach to managing their health, whether weight is a factor or not.

Carbs at Night? That’s Still Okay

Carbs in the evening won’t cause problems and might even help some people sleep better.

The timing matters less than the total amount eaten over the whole day.

A Better Way to Talk About Weight and Health

Weight is complex. It intersects with health, genetics, hormones, medication, and life. We offer compassionate support that goes beyond restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all meal plans.

Whether you're:

Managing a health condition like diabetes, PCOS, or thyroid issues

Recovering from a lifetime of dieting or feelings of guilt and anxiety around food

Hoping to feel more comfortable and confident in your body

Looking for support that isn't focused on shame or judgement

Hoping to feel more comfortable and confident in your body

Looking for support that isn't focused on shame or judgement

...we're here for that.

You don’t need a specific goal weight to see a dietitian. You just need a reason to want something to feel different—and we’ll work on that together.

How We Support You

Our clinical dietitians tailor care to your needs, your lifestyle, and your preferences. Support may include:

  • Exploring eating patterns, appetite, and your relationship with food
  • Managing emotional or stress-related eating without guilt
  • Supporting you through starting or considering weight loss medications like Ozempic or Wegovy
  • Making sense of nutrition advice from doctors, specialists, or social media
  • Creating realistic food routines you can stick with

We help you find a way of eating that feels right for you, and build habits that work long-term—without food rules, shame, or scales (unless you want them).

Where We Work

We know access matters, so we make it easy to connect with a dietitian:

  • In-person appointments in Dandenong (Friday only)
  • Telehealth sessions from wherever you feel most comfortable

Wherever you're based, we’ll try to match you with the right dietitian for your goals and circumstances.

What Makes Us Different

Whether you're feeling unhappy with your body, feeling guilt or anxiety about food, or just feeling stuck—we meet you where you’re at. We don’t push one "right way" to eat. We help figure out a way of eating that works for you.

We approach weight concerns with care, context, and compassion:

You Don’t Need to ‘Earn’ Your Meals

Food isn’t a reward for exercising or finishing a list—it’s something you need to nourish and energize your body.

You don’t have to ‘deserve’ to eat. Your body always needs fuel.
