Dietitians offer home visits, telehealth, or clinic appointments in Glenroy and Dandenong. Support is available across greater Melbourne and nearby regional areas.
People can access up to five Medicare-funded sessions per year with a valid referral from a GP.
For GPs And Practice Nurses
You need reliable contact, practical advice, and respectful follow-up.
Expect:

- Appointments that fit around your patient’s needs
- Notes in plain English
- A respectful, no-fuss approach
Support may include advice for diabetes, high cholesterol, bowel issues, food intolerance, or recovery after illness.
What Happens After You Submit A Referral?
Once the referral is received:
- A team member will contact the client within two working days.
- They will confirm location, needs, and preferences.
- The right dietitian will be allocated.
- The first session will be booked.
